During our recent romantic escape, we were impressed with the stunning location that offered breathtaking views of the Andes. The spacious and comfortable rooms provided the perfect setting for a relaxing stay. We also enjoyed the warm and friendly service provided by the staff, who went above and beyond to ensure our comfort. the breakfast offering was perfectly pleasant.
While the location was exceptional, we found that some basic things were lacking in terms of service. The staff seemed overwhelmed and poorly trained, leading to poor communication and a lack of attention.

From the moment I stepped into this hotel, I knew I was in for a luxurious experience. the exclusive amenities fulfilled all my needs, from the stunning rooftop pool to the Spa & Wellness Centre that offered a variety of massages in a Spa lounge. the infinity pool and sun loungers in the garden area provided a perfect place to relax and soak up the sun.
The only issue I found with this hotel was that the restaurant had a limited menu. the in-room breakfast provided delicious choices, and the bar/lounge area offered an excellent selection of drinks.
